Once again, Sugimat will be present in the world’s leading trade fair for machinery, plant and tools for the woodworking and timber processing industry: LIGNA.
This edition will be held from 22 to 26 May in Hannover, fairgrounds with more than 120.000 m2. More than 1.500 exhibitors will be there, classified according to their activity in seven different areas:
- Tools and Machinery for Custom and Mass Production.
- Surface Technology.
- Wood Based Panel Production.
- Sawmill Technology.
- Energy from Wood.
- Machine Components and Automation Technology.
- Forestry Technology.
Sugimat will be easily found in Energy From Wood area, in Hall 26, Stand F58/1, where a wide range of products and servicies will be shown.
During its 38-year experience, Sugimat has come across a great variety of biomass types with different characteristics. This has led the company to develop several combustion technologies such as the cylindrical furnace, the pusher grates or the travelling grate. The last incorporation to its product range is the fluidized bed. This technology is able to generate heat from non-conventional biomass with a moisture content up to 70% and an ash percentage of 50%. Cereal straw, meat meals or sewage sludge are among the types of fuel that can be used in fluidized beds.
