Sugimat receives again two subsidies promoted by the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness (IVACE) to reward its commitment to innovation and technological development. Both projects, each focused on the development of a self-regulating boiler and a water-tube boiler, respectively, have been co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), within the ERDF Operational Programme of the Valencian Community 2014-2020.
As for the development of the self-regulating boiler, Sugimat intends to develop a boiler that will allow for the control of the complete combustion process, making it possible for the system to be self-regulating and consequently increasing the performance and efficiency of the installation. This way, one of the problems for which this type of energy is not used would be solved, reducing the emission of pollutants.
On the other hand, IVACE wanted to support Sugimat in the development of a new water-tube boiler, whose main characteristics include the possibility of recirculating fluids with a chemical composition different to those used conventionally. With this, performance improvements can be obtained by allowing the possibility of working at high temperatures and accessing industries that need high temperatures for their process.
For years, Sugimat has been focusing to investment in R+D+i and development of numerous technological projects that promote solutions and improvements in the operation of industrial boilers.
