THERMAL OIL BOILER AUXILIARY PLANT FOR SOLAR THERMAL ELECTRICITY PRODUCTION

SUGIMAT has built and installed several plants with thermal oil boilers for solar thermal plants and is currently under engineering and construction starting three other plants that have been awarded.

The features of these boilers are:

	Boilers-coils with three steps smoke.
	Execution-vertical to ensure a complete emptying.
	Redeemer heat gas / oil for increased efficiency.
	Saving gas heat and air for increased efficiency.
	Economizer gas / air for combustion air preheating.
	Output of oil temperatures: 380 º C to 395 º C.
	Film temperatures <405 ° C.
	Performance: 90%.

Auxiliary boilers in a solar thermal field has two functions:
A) Keep the plant in operation if the solar radiation is insufficient under the conditions established.
B) Keep the hot fluid in case of a prolonged stoppage or unfavourable environmental conditions.
