- Three passes of smokes.
- Execution: vertical or horizontal.
- Coils connection in series with headers with cooled bottom by thermal fluid.
- Without refractory material.
- Without thermal inertia.
- With mass and film temperature control.
- Constructive method:
- Coils welding: automatic.
- Material: basic in inert atmosphere.
- Coils construction: Conformation with machine at cold temperature and automatic gauging without flattering sections.
- Sanctioning in welding processes, standard UNE EN 288, AD-2000 HP 2/1 y HP-5/2, following TRD-201.
- Welder's exam Certification according to standard UNE EN 287 and AD-2000 HP-3.
- Quality management system ISO 9001:2000
